If you are anything like me, I imagine you are currently in the kitchen and cooking (and baking) your heart out. I hope you are with people you love and are enjoying these last few days of the year. Due to the last minute heavy snow in Vermont, our guests will not be able to make it so this year it will be just the two of us. Still, I plan on making a feast and some baked goods for our friends in town.
I plan on taking the rest of the year off, but before I do that I wanted to share a few of my favorite recipes that I have been making (and loving) during this holiday season, just in case if you need some last minute inspiration. Some of them are from my blog and some from some of my fellow food blogger friends. They are all naturally sweetened and 100% delicious.
1. Naturally-Sweetened Pecan Shortbread Cookies (Foolproof Living) • 2. Muesli Snacking Cookies (Top with Cinnamon via The Kitchn) • 3. Vegan Butter Pecan Cookies (Faring Well) • 4. Healthier Easy Banana Nut Muffins (Foolproof Living)
5. Chewy Almond Cookies (Gather and Dine) • 6. Apple Roses (Foolproof Living) • 7. Naturally Sweetened Apple Almond Muffins (Foolproof Living) 8. Fast Healthy Nut and Seed Breakfast Cookies (The Clever Carrot)

Before I let you go, I wish you and yours a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year my friends. I hope this new year will make all your wishes come true and continue to bring you good health, success, and much love. Thank you so much for being here. I appreciate you following my adventures in the kitchen.
Sending lots of hugs and love to your way from the snowy green mountains of Vermont. XO
