* The Fastest Way To Roast Garlic *
Learn how to roast garlic as a whole or as individual cloves in your air fryer with step by step instructions!
- Whole Head of Garlic (or individual cloves) - Olive oil - Kosher salt
Use a sharp knife to slice off the top of the garlic bulb, just enough to expose the cloves inside.
Place garlic on a piece of aluminum foil. Drizzle the garlic with olive oil. If using, sprinkle it with salt.
Repeat the same process for all your garlic bulbs and wrap each head tightly with foil forming a small pouch.
Arrange the pouch in the air fryer basket. If you are roasting multiple heads of garlic, be sure not to overcrowd the basket. Air fry for 18 minutes.
You can use your hands to squeeze the garlic from the whole head, or you can use a small spoon to scoop out the garlic from each individual clove.
Air fried roasted garlic can be stored in a jar or can be mashed and frozen in an ice tray.

If you no longer carry aluminum foil in your household for the environment or for health reasons, rest assured that you can roast your garlic without it!
