Sear the chicken
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet & sear chicken for 3 minutes. Reserve.
Cook the vegetables
In the same skillet, cook onion and mushrooms until softened.
Make the sauce
Add in flour, wine, chicken stock & mustard. Put the chicken back in & cook.
Add in the noodles
Stir in the noodles and herbs. Cook until softened.
Add in the sour cream mixture
Mix together sour cream and lemon juice. Off the heat, stir it into the chicken.
Place in a bowl & Enjoy!
