- Grilled shrimp - Grape tomatoes - Scallions - Butter lettuce - Feta cheese - Lime dressing - Grilled corn
Whisk the olive oil, zest of lime, lime juice, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Set bowl aside.
Place butter lettuce leaves, tomatoes, scallions, corn, and shrimp in a large salad bowl. Top it off with feta cheese. Drizzle it with the dressing.
Gently toss the salad ingredients and serve as a starter or side dish for your next spread. It is filling enough to serve as a lighter main dish as well.
