Made-from-scratch, tested-to-perfection and naturally sweetened easy pumpkin bread perfect for a cool fall morning.
- Coconut sugar - Pumpkin puree - Walnuts - Eggs - Almond milk - Vanilla extract -All purpose flour - Whole Wheat Flour
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Mix together the dry and wet ingredients in two separate bowls.
Fold in the dry ingredients into the wet ones making sure to not over mix. Stir in the walnuts at the last minute.
Transfer to a loaf pan and bake a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it rest 5 minutes and remove from the loaf pan.
