Make Ahead Friendly
4-ingredient maple whipped cream that is ready in 5 minutes. Perfect for cakes, cupcakes or to serve with fruit.
- Cold heavy cream - Maple syrup - Vanilla extract or vanilla bean - Salt
Attach the whisk attachment to a standing mixer and add all the ingredients into the bowl.
Whip on medium-high speed until very smooth, about 2 minutes, scraping the sides of the bowl as necessary.
Transfer the maple whipped cream into a bowl, serve it right away or cover it with stretch film and store it in the fridge until ready to use.
