- Parmesan cheese - Salt & pepper - Garlic - Pine nuts - Vinegar - Fresh basil leaves - Lemon juice - Olive oil
Place fresh basil leaves, pine nuts, garlic, vinegar, lemon juice, parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper into the bowl of a food processor.
Pulse 4-5 times to give them a rough chop. Stop the machine and scrape the sides a few times to ensure even chopping.
While the machine is still running, drizzle olive oil through the tube in a slow stream. Stop & scrape the sides if necessary.
It is ready when it is creamy. Give it a taste and add in more seasoning if it is necessary. Use it in your recipe or save for later.
