A Restaurant-quality chicken nachos recipe that is loaded with all the toppings. Easy to customize and ready in less than 30 minutes!
- Chicken thighs - Olive oil - Chili powder - Ground cumin - Tortilla chips - Shredded Monterey Jack cheese - Black beans - Your Favorite Toppings
Drizzle the chicken with olive oil and sprinkle both sides with chili powder, ground cumin, salt, and pepper.
Roast seasoned chicken in the oven and then shred using two forks. You want to make sure that they are bite-sized pieces.
Spread your first layer of tortilla chips on the lined pan. Top them off with half of the shredded cheese, black beans, and shredded chicken.
Place a second layer of chips on top of the first, followed by the remaining black beans and shredded chicken.
Put the chicken nachos in the oven and bake them for 15-18 minutes or until the cheese melts thoroughly.
Top off your baked chicken nachos with your preferred toppings (such as guacamole, corn, salsa) and serve while still hot.
