Make the sauce by cooking onion, tomatoes, spices, and ground meat in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add in garlic, chicken stock, red wine, fresh herbs, and seasonings. Put the lid on and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
Give a few stirs to the sauce while it is cooking. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti until al dente.
Stir in cooked spaghetti into the Bolognese sauce. Add in chopped fresh basil and stir to combine. Garnish with fresh basil & serve.
