edemame

scallions & red pepper

carrot

cooked quinoa

Make the sesame ginger dressing

Mix almond (or peanut) butter, maple syrup, rice vinegar, tamari, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, & salt in a bowl.

Prep the salad

Arrange  all salad ingredients in a bowl.

Drizzle, toss & serve
