The Best Ever Vegan Chili

Step 1

Process dried mushrooms and walnuts in food processor (the umami flavor)

Cook aromatics & add in tomato paste, chili powder & garlic

Step 2

Add tomatoes, beans, bulgur, veggie stock, mushroom mixture, soy sauce. Bring it to a boil.

Step 3

Cook until thickened (25-30 min), ladle into bowls & garnish.

Step 4

Serve!
