Ingredients

Step 1

Sautee onion, carrots, celery, garlic and mushrooms in a large pot  over medium heat

Step 2

Stir in the wild rice blend and cook for about 4-5 minutes.

Step 3

Pour in the vegetable stock, cover, bring it to a boil and let it simmer for about 45-50 minutes.

Step 4

Let it rest for 5-10 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve.
