Celery Citrus Spritzer
A refreshing Celery Citrus Spritzer that you can make in less than 5 minutes. Simply muddle some celery stalks, mix it with gin and lemon juice, and strain for a delicious cocktail recipe. Perfect for any gathering all year round.

4 stalks of celery plus more for garnishing - chopped 2 ounces of lemon juice freshly squeezed 1 lemon sliced as garnish 2 tablespoons of agave nectar 4 ounces dry gin (I used Hendrix) Ice fresh mint leaves club soda
In a shaker, muddle the celery, lemon juice, and agave nectar to a pulp.
Add the gin and ice. Shake hard for 20-25 seconds and strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish it with fresh mint leaves, lemon slices, and chopped celery. Top it off with club soda.
