2small or 1 big beet – redyellow, or both – peeled and cut into cubes
1(14 oz.) can of whole coconut milk
1frozen bananain small pieces
12-14red seedless grapes
1tablespoonlime juicefreshly squeezed
1cupbaby spinach or kalerinsed (optional)
1cupice
Instructions
Place beets, coconut milk, banana, grapes, lime juice, spinach (or kale) and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Divide it in between 2 glasses and serve immediately.
