Almond Flour Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Here's a gluten-free, dairy-free, low-carb, refined sugar-free & grain-free, pumpkin bread recipe made with only 9 basic ingredients.

Ingredients for  Paleo Pumpkin Bread

- Almond flour - Baking soda KoshersSalt - Pumpkin spice - Ground cinnamon - Eggs - Pumpkin puree - Coconut sugar

Mix dry ingredients


Place almond flour, baking soda, pumpkin spice, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in a large bowl. Give it a good whisk.

Mix wet ingredients

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, coconut sugar, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract until emulsified.


Make the batter

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones and mix until everything is thoroughly mixed.


Bake it

Pour the pumpkin bread batter into the loaf pan. Distribute it evenly using a spatula and bake. Let it cool for an hour, slice and enjoy!
