Beef burger patties layered with avocado and turkey bacon in between buttery brioche bread. Now, this is one next level burger right here!
Place ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal portions and flatten them into ¾-inch thick burger patties that are about 3 inches in diameter. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Place turkey bacon (or pork bacon) on a wire rack placed in a sheet pan and bake in the oven until it is crispy.
Mash ripe avocados with fresh garlic, and salt, pepper until smooth. I like to leave mine a bit chunky but the texture is up to you.
Place beef patties on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes. Flip them and cook for another 4 minutes or until it is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
If preferred, top each burger with a slice of cheese. Let the residual heat melt it for 2-3 minutes. Transfer onto a plate, cover it with foil and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Layer burgers starting with avocado, tomato slice, meat, two slices of bacon, a leaf of lettuce and brioche. Serve while still warm.
