Breakfast Fruit Salad

This Breakfast Fruit is a healthy sugar-free breakfast option that is also meal prep and make ahead-friendly. Great for brunch, especially if you are feeding a crowd.

Ingredients

- Orange - Kiwis - Blueberries - Pineapple - Blackberries - Strawberries - Grapes - Banana - Fresh mint leaves

Add the fruit

Place oranges, berries, pineapple, and kiwi in a large bowl. Add banana slices if you are serving right away. If not, add them at the last minute.

Make the dressing

In a small bowl or mason jar, mix the orange juice, orange zest, lime juice, lime zest, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Shake everything until combined thoroughly.

Drizzle

Drizzle the dressing over the fruit salad and gently toss to combine. If using, garnish the fruit salad with fresh mint leaves and serve.
