Ingredients You'll Need

- Fresh turmeric or turmeric powder - Fresh ginger or ground ginger - Milk (any plant based or regular milk would work) - Sweetener (such as honey or maple syrup)

Gather Ingredients


Place milk, cinnamon stick, turmeric, ginger, coconut oil, and black pepper in a small saucepan.


Cook, over medium heat, stirring frequently, until warm but not boiling. All the ingredients should fully melt.



Pour into a mug and sweeten it with your favorite sweetener such as maple syrup or honey. If you used fresh turmeric and ginger, strain it to your cups.
