Greek Yogurt Parfait

This Greek Yogurt Parfait that is an easy grab & go breakfast. Made by layering yogurt with fruit & granola, it is a healthy breakfast open that is meal prep friendly as well.

Ingredients for Greek  Yogurt  Parfait

- Honey (optional) - Fresh fruit (most berries will work) - Plain greek yogurt - Granola

Mix The Yogurt


If using a sweetener, mix it with greek yogurt in a small bowl until fully combined and a creamy texture is formed.

Layer Yogurt Parfait

To layer the yogurt parfait, place half of the yogurt at the bottom of a mason jar or a bowl, then layer it berries and granola.


Garnish & Serve

Finish it off with more fruit and granola. If you have it, garnish with a sprig of mint and a drizzle of honey. Serve right away or store in the fridge for later.
