This is the perfect recipe to help fill your table with succulent turkey flavor during the BBQ season. Made by using a quick turkey marinade!
- Turkey tenderloins - Soy sauce - Olive oil - Lemon juice - Dijon mustard - Garlic - Brown sugar - Onion powder - Paprika - Dried thyme - Dried sage - Black pepper
In a measuring cup, whisk together the marinate ingredients. Place tenderloins into a large bowl big enough to allow them to submerge fully in the marinade.
Preheat the gas grill to 400 degrees F., and scrape the grates to remove any remaining food residue. Then, dip a wad of paper towels into olive oil and coat the grates with oil.
Place turkey tenderloins on the grill and cook, covered, for eight minutes. Then, flip the fillets and cook them for another 6-7 minutes.
Cook until their internal temperature reaches 155 degrees F. If the turkey begins to burn, move it to the cooler side of the grill, cover it, and cook until done.
Transfer the grilled turkey breast fillets from the grill to a plate and cover them with a loose tent of aluminum foil. Let them rest for 10 minutes.
Brush the grilled turkey tenderloins with the reserved sauce and serve with your favorite grilled vegetables or salads.
If you are a fan of cooking turkey all year round, be sure to try this turkey marinade. Made with soy sauce, brown sugar, and garlic it is a great way to flavor turkey meat.
