Did you know that you can make salsa with cherry tomatoes? And with this easy salsa recipe it takes only 10 minutes to make.
- Cherry tomatoes - Onion - Garlic - Kosher salt - Ground pepper - Jalapeno - Lime juice - Cilantro
Cut the cherry tomatoes into smaller pieces and add them to the colander. Let their juices drain while you prepare the remaining ingredients.
Transfer the cut tomatoes to a medium bowl once drained. Add the chopped onion, garlic, jalapeno, and cilantro.
Drizzle the mixture with lime juice, and sprinkle it with salt and pepper. Stir the ingredients until thoroughly combined. Taste for seasoning and add more if necessary.
Serve with chips on the side or as a topping for soups, chilis, nachos, tacos and more!
