Thai Steak and Noodle Salad (Houston's  Copycat Recipe)

A colorful steak salad packed with Asian flavors. This salad is not only visually impressive but incredibly delicious.

Ingredients

- Asian chili garlic marinade - Steak - Mango  - Avocado - Tomatoes - Carrots - Savory cabbage - Arugula - Ramen noodles

Marinade the Steak

Whisk together ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sugar, lime juice, fish sauce, black pepper, olive oil, and toasted sesame oil in a bowl. Marinade steak in it overnight.

Cook the Steak

Remove the steak from the marinade and grill until medium rare. Alternatively, you can cook it in a skillet. Let it rest and then slice.

Make The Dressing

Whisk together lime juice, hot chili paste, avocado oil, garlic, fish sauce, sugar, and honey in a bowl. Give it a taste and add more salt if needed. Set it aside.

Cook The Noodles

Cook noodles in a small pot of boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and transfer to a large bowl. Drizzle with sesame oil and give it a toss.

Assemble

Place all salad ingredients in a bowl, drizzle with the dressing and give it a toss. Transfer to plates and top it off with sliced steak.
