Grilled Sockeye Salmon is the ultimate summer weeknight dinner. Healthy, satisfying and ready in less than 10 min!
- Sockeye salmon fillet - Olive oil - Lemon juice - Salt & pepper - Lemon slice - Fresh dill
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
Dry salmon fillet using a few sheets of paper towels and brush with the olive oil mixture on both sides.
Preheat the grill. Scrape the grates to remove all leftover food residue. Fill a bowl with oil, and dip a wad of paper towel inside. Grease the grates generously with oil.
Place the salmon on the grill, skin side down. Cook uncovered for 3 minutes or until it releases easily from the grates. Flip & grill until fully cooked.
Transfer the grilled wild salmon onto a plate and loosely cover it with a tent of aluminum foil for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh herbs and wedges of lemon. Serve!
