No more buying sugar-packed cereal from the store. Follow this easy recipe and make your own superfood-packed healthy (and cheaper) muesli at home.
- Shredded coconut - Sliced almonds - Sunflower seeds - Brown rice crisps - Rice puffs - hemp seeds - Quick cooking oats - Dried fruit - Chia seeds
Place oats, nuts, seeds, rice puffs, chia seeds, hemp seeds, dried fruit (and all other optional add ins) in a large mixing bowl.
Give it a stir to combine. At this point, you can serve it like you serve any of your favorite cereals with milk or yogurt.
Store your homemade cereal in a large airtight container or in smaller portions in resealable plastic bags. It should keep fresh for up to a month or two.
