Overnight Oats with Yogurt

Wake up to the most delicious, protein-packed breakfast that takes 5-minutes to make. If you are a fan of overnight oats, this version made with yogurt is a must-try.

Ingredients for  Overnight Yogurt Oats

- Old-fashioned rolled oats - Water - Almonds - Greek vanilla yogurt - Cinnamon - Honey

Sweeten Yogurt

Place plain, whole milk yogurt (regular or Greek), honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Whisk to combine.

Add Rolled Oats

Add in the old fashioned rolled oats and ground cinnamon (if using) and other optional add-ins (such as sliced nuts, hemp seeds, etc.)

Give It A Stir

Give the yogurt and oat mixture a good stir to make sure all the ingredients are fully mixed.

Rest

Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for at least 6 hours or for up to 12 hours.

Stir

In the morning, take the vanilla yogurt overnight oats out of the fridge and give them a good stir to reincorporate the ingredients.

Garnish & Serve

If you’re ready to serve, place your desired amount of oats in a bowl and garnish with your toppings of choice and a drizzle of honey.
