Here's a 5-minute 5 ingredient smoothie recipe that is perfect as a wholesome breakfast or an afternoon pick-me-up.

Ingredients for Peach  Mango Smoothie

- Yogurt - Ice cubes - Fresh mango - Fresh peach - Orange juice

Get Ingredients Ready


Cut up the peaches and mangoes into large chunks. Place them in a blender along with yogurt, ice and orange juice.


Blend until smooth. It is optional, but you can also add in superfoods like chia seeds and hemp seeds at this stage and blend them in before serving.



Pour it in glasses, garnish with hemp seeds (optional) and serve while it is super cold.
