Whether you use it as a salad dressing or serve it with gyro, tzatziki sauce is not only delicious but also super easy to make. Here is how to make tzatziki.
- Lemon juice - Black pepper - Salt - Garlic - Fresh dill - Shredded cucumber - Whole milk plain yogurt
Transfer shredded cucumber into a colander and strain all of its juices pressing it with a rubber spatula. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Fold in the cucumber. If you have the time, cover with plastic wrap and store in the fridge for a few hours. Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy!
