Make your own vanilla yogurt by mixing plain Greek yogurt with a tablespoon of vanilla extract and 2-3 tablespoons of honey.
Slice fresh strawberries and gather the pistachios. Or you can use other berries & nuts. This recipe is perfectly customizable so let your creative juices flow!
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using an offset spatula, spread the yogurt in an even layer across the baking sheet. Add your toppings!
Freeze the yogurt bark overnight or for at least 3 hours until firm. Take out from freezer, break into bite size pieces and store or enjoy right away!
