- Yields: This fruit yogurt dip recipe makes 1 cup that is ideal for serving 4-6 servings. The nutritional information you see below is per serving (of 4).
- Let it rest *: If you have the time, cover and let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving. Sitting in the fridge will help thickened your fruit yogurt dip and make it even more creamy.
- Make ahead: You can prepare this fruit dip up to 2 days in advance and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator. If you are using regular yogurt that is not as thick as Greek yogurt, you may notice some liquid (also known as whey) build-up; if that happens, simply drain it before serving.
- Storage: Place leftovers in an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Be sure to give it a stir before serving.
