Yogurt Fruit Dip Recipe

An easy & quick to make 3-ingredient yogurt fruit dip recipe sweetened with honey and flavored with vanilla extract. This is the best fruit platter dipping sauce to serve everyone in your family.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt full fat (you can use plain or vanilla yogurt)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup or orange juice
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional add-ins:

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon fresh mint thinly sliced/julienned

To Serve:

  • fresh fruit

Instructions

  • Place yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract in a bowl. Add in the optional ingredients, if you prefer.
  • Whisk until thoroughly combined. *
  • Serve with fruit on the side.

  • Let it rest *: If you have the time, cover and let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving. Sitting in the fridge will help thickened your fruit yogurt dip and make it even more creamy.
  • Make ahead: You can prepare this fruit dip up to 2 days in advance and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator. If you are using regular yogurt that is not as thick as Greek yogurt, you may notice some liquid (also known as whey) build-up; if that happens, simply drain it before serving.
