A quick and simple Peach Salsa recipe that comes together in 15 minutes. Serve it with your favorite toritlla chips or as a side dish with fish tacos.
Cut the peaches, tomatoes, red bell pepper, jalapeno and red onion into small bite size pieces.
Place peaches, tomatoes, red bell pepper, jalapeno, red onion, salt and pepper in a large salad bowl.
Drizzle with lime juice, season with salt, pepper, chili powder and cilantro if preferred.
Serve with your favorite chips as a dip or try it as a side dish with one of my favorite seafood recipes!
