This was delicious! I was worried that it might taste too much like eggs, but no, not at all. Definitely putting this in the rotation.

These are by far the best almond flour biscuits I’ve ever come across. They held together beautifully, and were the perfect size. The eggs made all the difference! They taste delicious and are a welcome addition to the Atkins diet I’m on.

My husband and I loved these biscuits, they’re exactly what I was looking for in an almond flour biscuit recipe. I used them as a biscuit topping for a chicken pot pie, and they’re wonderful on their own as a side to just about anything! Thanks so much for this keeper of a recipe.

This is music to my ears Katherine. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
Sue
Delicious and easy to make. I’d like to find something similar with less butter which, although very delicious, means they have to be an occasional treat rather than an every day biscuit for me.
Aysegul Sanford
Hi Sue,
I am happy to hear that you liked these biscuits. I usually make a batch and keep some in the freezer for later.

I made this recipe this afternoon, but I only used 2 tablespoons of butter and replaced the rest with 3 tablespoons of fat-free Greek yogurt. I had to bake them 10 minutes longer, but in my personal opinion, nothing was lost and I didn’t miss the butter at all. Hopefully that helps someone with a similar concern.
Aysegul Sanford
Good to know!
Thanks for coming by and taking the time to leave a review about your experience, Joanne.
I truly appreciate it.

GF bread is always so expensive, so I gave these biscuits a go. Now, I eat these almond flour biscuits almost every day for lunch either as a sandwich or with eggs. I’ve made this recipe probably 10 times. They turn out fantastic every single time. And it’s wonderful to know the quality of ingredients going into my food (it helps that I get to use the eggs from my chickens). Thank you for this wonderful recipe.

This makes me so happy to hear Mia. I, too, have these gluten free biscuits often. They are just so easy and quick to put together.

Can you make the biscuits in paper biscuit cups?
Aysegul Sanford
Hi Cyndi,
I think so. I’ve never tried it but I don’t think that it would be an issue.
Hope this helps.
