I grew up in Turkey with a mom who was a wonderful cook. Thanks to her, I learned cooking at a very young age. Most of the Turkish recipes you will find below are from her handwritten cookbook that she left behind after her passing.
Some of these recipes like, Kofte, Yogurt Salad Dressing, Borek, and Turkish Coffee are her signature dishes, while others like Tabbouleh, Bulgur Pilaf, and Turkish Pasta are some of my favorites.
